1. Services Offered

We provide professional web development, design & maintenance, IT Infrastructure Design and IT Consultation services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal before work begins.

2. Payments & Fees

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (as specified in your project proposal) is required only defore IT Infrastructure Desing or Consultation work starts. No deposites are required for the web development projects.

  • Milestones: Remaining payments are tied to project milestones or a final completion date.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause work or suspend hosting/website access if payments are overdue.

3. Client Responsibilities & Content

As a service requester, clients are responsible for providing necessary text, images, logos, and access credentials (hosting, domain, etc.) needed to complete the project. You guarantee that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Our Tools: We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used to build your site and other deisgn tasks.

  • Design: Upon final payment, full ownership and copyright of the design and content are transferred to you.

  • Portfolio Right: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to display the finished website/other desings and case study in our professional portfolio.

5. Revisions & Scope Creep

Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Requests for extra features, pages, or major design changes outside the original agreement may include aditional charges.

6. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools, plugins, or platforms (such as WordPress, Shopify,Microsoft mail,google mail, Automation tools, SaaS applications, specific APIs, or hosting providers) into your website. We are not responsible for any downtime, price changes, or service disruptions caused by these third-party service providers.

7. Website Maintenance Plans

If you subscribe to one of our monthly maintenance packages, the following terms apply:

  • Scope of Work: Maintenance covers routine tasks such as core/plugin updates, security monitoring, and regular backups. It does not include building new pages, major redesigns, or extensive troubleshooting caused by client-side modifications.

  • Unused Hours: Monthly support hours included in your plan do not roll over to the next month.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your maintenance plan at any time with a written notice.

8. Hosting Services & Support

  • Server Uptime: If we arrange or resell hosting for your website, we rely on top-tier third-party servers. While we aim for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee 100% server availability and are not liable for server-side outages.

  • Suspension of Service: We reserve the right to suspend hosting services if invoices remain unpaid past their due date or if the website violates server safety rules (e.g., gets infected with malware that threatens the server environment).

  • Backup Responsibility: While we perform routine backups as part of hosting management, it is highly recommended that you keep independent copies of your website data.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver secure, bug-free design, we cannot guarantee that the design will always be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the our services, designs or website.
